John McGuire is a professional Business and Property Investor. John has extensive business interests. He is the author of Sorted! How to Survive and Thrive When Money is Tight and is Managing Director of FirstCredit.ie, Chairman of Pembrokeinsurance.ie, Chief Executive of an online home insurance, car insurance and van insurane portal QuoteDevil.ie and is also joint owner of Dublin’s Dax Cafe Bar.

John McGuire is an entrepreneur, professional investor and is best known for presenting the RTE 2 show ‘I’m An Adult Get Me Out Of Here’.

John has weathered the recession despite being hit by an economic storm which threatened to decimate his business interests. Although facing bankruptcy in 2009 & 2010 John invested his way out of the downturn. He opened or commenced trading in new companies at the height of the crisis creating 30 new jobs in the process. John expects to increase the number employed by his group to 50 by late 2011.

Despite the enormous setbacks he personally incurred, John considers the global recession to be a once in a lifetime opportunity to aggressively expand.

Sean Dwan is Managing Director of Speak for Success International – a Presentation and Public Speaking Skills Training Company. He is an International Certified SpeakersTrainingCamp ® Instructor.

his is the same programme that has been delivered worldwide to companies such as Nike, Procter and Gamble, British Airways, Intel and General Electric since 1981. He has been a member of Toastmasters International for 13 years and has received numerous awards for public speaking, presentation, and leadership skills. He has held the post of President in both Nenagh Toastmasters Club and Roscrea Speakers Club. Sean also held the post of Area Governor. In May 2010 he achieved from Toastmasters International, the Advanced Communicator Gold Award, which is the highest accolade achievable in communication.

Prior to starting Speak for Success International, Sean had 30 years experience selling engineering machinery in Ireland and Britain to manufacturing companies. He held the post of Sales Director. He has received certification to facilitate Bullet Proof ® Manager Training from Crestcom Internationl Ltd. – U.S.A. (Trainers to the world). Sean also possesses certification from the National University of Ireland to deliver the Training and Further Education programme.

About Brian Purcell - The Apprentice, TV and Radio presenter

For the past three years Brian has starred in the massive TV ratings hit and multi award winning Irish version of “The Apprentice” as one of the two stern and uncompromising judges.

Reared in his parents public bar in the small four pub village of Ballyduff in North Kerry Brian was trained in the art of communication by his parents as he served customers from the age of eight.

The experience of dealing with the public constantly from such a young age has directly lead to Brian’s versatility as a popular guest contributor and expert commentator on TV and radio in light entertainment as well as current affairs and business shows on TV3, Today FM, Newstalk and many regional radio stations. In the past he has also co-presented the breakfast morning shows on 98FM and Radio Kerry.
